By deploying the CellOS Network Analytics solution, ntel will move beyond a traditional view of the network, where visibility is focused on network functions, to a new service-based view of the network where the key insight is on the level of service being experienced by customers on the network.

“ntel and CellOS share a vision for telco transformation through enhanced levels of customer service, and are working closely to provide the next generation of solutions to accelerate provider success,” said Kamlesh Patel, CEO, CellOS Software. “This work builds on CellOS Software’s commitment to enable big data monetization and improved network intelligence for the communications networks of tomorrow.”

Our ‘total telecoms’ approach to service delivery affords us 360-degree touch points to cater to our customers’ needs. Today, ntel offers 4G/LTE-Advanced mobile services including VoLTE, high-speed Internet access, messaging and video services. This insight will help ntel improve operational efficiency and make significant quality of service improvements to its valued customer base.

“CellOS Software’s unique approach to creating insights on end-user service quality in a 4G/LTE environment is an ideal fit for the work we are doing in redefining the telecommunications landscape and transforming the lives of Nigerians with mobile broadband” said Kamar Abass, CEO, ntel. “CellOS Software’s commitment to innovation align perfectly with our objective of helping Nigeria’s people and enterprises to harness the power of broadband connectivity and maximize their productivity.”
